梔子提取物（梔子黃）

　　梔子提取物(梔子黃)是一種水溶性產品，從梔子的果實中提取而來，在水中呈現出鮮艷的金黃色。其中的主要成分臧花酸和臧花素是自然界少有的水溶性的類胡蘿卜素。梔子黃耐酸堿，耐熱，但不耐光。

　　典型應用：方便面、風味奶、速度食品、果凍、肉制品等。

　　使用方法：將適量梔子黃溶解于水，在添加到目標產品中。

　　Gardenia yellow is a water-soluble product which is extracted from the fruit of Gardenia. It gives a bright yellow color in the water.The main components in Gardenia yellow are crocetin and crocin which are rare water-soluble carotenoids in plants. Gardenia yellow also has a good stability to heat and PH. It is weak when exposed to sunlight.

　　Typical application: instant noodles, flavored milk, frozen rice products, jelly, meat products, etc.

　　Using method: pick requested amount of Gardenia Yellow and dissolve in water, then add the aqueous solution into the end product.
