梔子提取物(梔子藍)是用的提取物梔子甙經過和氨基酸酶化反應而得到。梔子藍的生產會由于氨基酸添加的種類不同產生不同色調的藍色。綠孚的梔子藍更接近天藍色,使用后產品的藍色會更鮮艷。梔子藍基本不受PH影響,可以在廣泛的PH范圍內使用,耐熱性好于耐光性。
