Children's Programs

Our unique martial arts program is specialized to prepare young students for life both in and out of the educational environment. Both of our children's programs, the Tiny Tigers and Junior program, are professionally designed, age specific curricula. Students learn important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner.

Through our training, your child will develop better physical    fitness as well as learn the benefits of good behavior. But best of all, our classes will help them see the value of team work, good manners and trying their best in school and in home.

TINY TIGERS

Tiny Tigers are students ages 3 through 5 years of age. This special program lays the foundation for the physical, social and emotional development necessary for success in the Junior program. Some children move from the Tiny Tigers program to the Junior program in only a few months, while others need more time to develop the neuromuscular and other developmental skills needed for more intensive martial arts training. Regardless of when a child moves from Tiny Tigers to Juniors, Tiny Tigers classes will remain stimulating, challenging and fun.

The Tiny Tigers curriculum has eight main areas of focus. Into these are integrated the basic techniques of our regular martial arts program.  The focus areas are:

Many adults believe that martial arts training is something that only teens, children or young people are able to do. But our martial arts program for adults is different. If you want to relieve stress, build strength and flexibility, prevent bone mass loss and gain an attitude that gives you that air of confidence that discourages physical attack, then you owe it to yourself to begin training in our adult classes!

The Next Level!
    Peak Performance & Leadership Program

The Peak Performance and Leadership program is your next level in martial arts training! This program is an adjunct program to our core martial art form. A Peak Performance & Leadership student trains toward Black Belt in our traditional art, while also having the excitement of learning other martial arts forms and skills leading to a Peak Performance Black Sash. The rotating style curriculum of the Peak Performance program allows students to enter at any time.

The children's curriculum (ages 8 to 13) includes training with Nunchaku,  Bo Staff ,
Kali,  Sai, Kama Kung Fu Fighting Fan, Kung Fu & Tae Kwon Do forms and techniques.
The teen and adult program also teaches Bladed weapons forms, Close range defense including take-downs & ground defense Pressure point defense Gun & knife defense
